BMBI: Q4 value sales down -5.7% year-on-year & volumes fall -12.0%

The latest total value sales figures from Builders Merchant Building Index (BMBI) show that Q4 2023 sales were -5.7% down compared to Q4 2022, with volumes falling -12.0% and prices rising +7.1%.
