Zoo Hardware is launching a range of new Fire Door Kits that will support construction professionals in achieving complete compliance with fire door specifications by supplying all of the necessary hardware in a single pack.

The packs include hinges, door closers, locks, fire door signage and intumescent for hardware fire protection.

Jason Tonks Reg AI, Technical Product Manager at Zoo Hardware, says: “Architectural ironmongery is an essential component of a fire door, and therefore it is vital that every piece of ironmongery is proven to be compliant and compatible with each fire door assembly.
“Zoo Hardware’s latest range of Fire Door Kits have been launched to provide our customers with the convenience of purchasing all necessary fire door hardware in a single easy-to-use pack at a competitive price, whilst providing them with the confidence the hardware meets the latest legal requirements.
“We are proud to be one of few manufacturers in the industry who are currently offering this suite of certified products and the launch forms part of our continued commitment to supporting customers in achieving the highest standards of performance and compliance.”
The kits include the ZHSS243S3 Grade 13 Ball Bearing Hinge and ZSS09SS Fire Door Keep Shut Signage, as well as a range of handles, overhead door closers, finger plates, cylinders, sashlocks or deadlocks from across the Zoo Hardware range.
