Ahmarra Installations has finished a joinery sub-contract for the new four-star Apex City of Bath Hotel.
£48.5 million has been spent developing the 177 bedroom hotel, which features extensive conference and leisure facilities.
The hotel is the largest in Bath, both in terms of conference and events spaces and number of bedrooms.
Ahmarra’s vast fit out contract included bedroom level doorsets, ironmongery, corridor panelling, wardrobes, bedheads, mirrored vanity units, bath panels, timber flooring, bedroom mirrors, skirtings and window boards.
Reception level doorsets, ironmongery, timber boarded doors and walls, timber flooring, auditorium acoustic panelling, bespoke metals screens, a variety of reception desks, front and rear bars, mirrored vanity units, timber and glass toilet cubicles, perch bars and banquet seating were also included.
Richard Panrucker, Ahmarra Installation’s Director, said they were ‘very pleased to be associated with such a prestigious hotel group.’
One of London’s premier joinery contractors, Ahmarra have played a part in a number of projects for iconic luxury hotel brands; besides Apex, there is InterContinental, Mondrian, Hilton, Grange, Mandarin Oriental and Sol Melia, to name just a few.
