Sandtex Trade 365 All Weather Masonry Paint

All Weather Masonry Paint showcased in new video series

  • 25 Nov 2015

Sandtex Trade has released a series of short videos showcasing its 365 All Weather Masonry Paint, which has been formulated for use in adverse weather conditions.

In its most recent video, Sandtex Trade demonstrates how its 365 All Weather Masonry Paint was used to keep the refurbishment of Kirkbarrow Estate on schedule.

By using the paint, South Lakes Housing Association was able to continue renovating and redecorating the estate’s properties throughout the notorious Cumbrian winter.

Sandtex Trade 365 was then applied throughout spring and summer; the majority of the work reached completion by the summer of 2015.

Another video, filmed at Cottons Hotel and Spa, gives further insight into using 365 All Weather Masonry Paint outside of the traditional exterior decorating season.

Sandtex Trade 365 has been developed for specifiers who wish to continue working on exterior products throughout the winter.

The paint’s formula incorporates Pliolite Resin to combat difficult weather conditions; it allows for work to extend later into the UK’s traditional decorating season.

Rain-resistant in 20 minutes after application, the paint can be used under threat of showers, as well as in temperatures as low as -10ºC.

The BBA-approved product has been designed to provide a durable, long-lasting finish. With a reduced maintenance cycle, the paint can last for up to 15 years.
