Aspen Pumps launches next generation of condensate pump

  • 17 Oct 2018

Aspen Pumps, the UK’s market leader in condensate removal pumps, has launched the next generation of its popular Silent+ Mini Lime pump.

Possessing a host of design innovations, this new mini pump provides unrivalled performance, whisper quiet operation, simple maintenance, touch control with site-specific commissioning and 4-stage-filtration.

Featuring innovative anti-vibration pulse damper technology, with Patent pending, the new Silent+ Mini Lime features quiet operation, making it ideal for offices and meeting rooms.

With sound levels a big comfort and health and wellbeing issue for end-users, the Silent+ Mini Lime operates quietly.

The pump’s clever design now features a soft start function, so occupiers will be unaware of the pump gently starting and stopping, offering truly quiet running.

To lower noise levels even further, the pump includes a range of revolutionary sound dampening technology with built-in sound adsorbing materials including an anti-vibration pulse damper (Patent pending) and an anti-vibration mounted motor.

Since the Silent+ Mini Lime only pumps when needed, motor noise is reduced, as well as offering cost and energy saving benefits, in addition to a longer motor life.

This is all backed up by a new 2-year warranty, providing engineers with complete peace of mind from a trusted brand.

Stuart Newbury, Product Manager at Aspen Pumps, commented: “The Silent+ Mini Lime is one of our most popular products and we’re sure these great new design advances will mean it remains a favourite for years to come.

“With unique sound dampening technology and a soft start function to minimise noise levels, the Silent+ Mini Lime is perfect for commercial use where silence is important.

“Add to this built-in capacitance technology replacing the old float and switch design, coupled with easy install and maintenance and our customers will see the best has just got better.”

Not only is the Silent+ Mini Lime quiet, it also features new innovative touch control options, offering site-specific commissioning, meaning engineers have a choice of mode for the safety switch, either normally open or normally closed.

Furthermore, the touch control offers LED feedback providing a visual operation guide, allowing engineers to check at the touch of a button whether the pump is running and whether the high-level safety switch is operating, as well as offering easy trouble shooting, all adding up to time savings on site.

Suitable for high wall split systems, the Silent+ Mini Lime sits in the trunking elbow and offers installation flexibility due to its suitability for a range of trunking systems with left or right install options.

Maintenance is also made easy thanks to a quick release reservoir that means simpler removal for faster servicing and 4-stage filtration reduces blockages in the pump meaning fewer call-backs.

Aspen Pumps’ extensive range boasts the largest variety of condensate removal pumps for the air conditioning, heating and refrigeration industry, with something suitable for every application.

The pumps boast reliability, ease of installation, are the quietest on the market and all pumps have a free anti-siphoning device.
