On the Events front.
My three favourite broadcasters will be hosting UK Construction Week 6 11 October at the NEC in Birmingham.
Influential broadcast journalists John Humphreys, Krishnan Guru-Murthy and Steph McGovern will help keep discussions on key industry issues on track at this major UK event.
And we have had news that more key exhibitors have signed-up for Timber Expo, just one of the 9 events during UK Construction Week.
I have been invited to Paris to help judge the Innovation Awards at Batimat and to report on the worlds top construction andamp; architecture trade show that attracts over 300k visitors including 32k architects.
Many of the exhibitors provide products in the UK market and will be launching new products at the show. You can visit the Batimat at Parc des Expositions, Paris Nord Villepinte, 2 – 6 November 2015 and perhaps find time to visit my favourite city too!

And finally
Ten years ago this morning, two of my children and grandchildren were on trains into London but thankfully not on the trains that were bombed. However, my thoughts are with all those whose lives were affected by the awful events of that day.
