Biosite Systems Ltd, a leader in biometric access control and software solutions for the UK construction industry, has been acquired by the ASSA ABLOY Group, in a move to support domestic growth and boost global expansion.
Biosite will help to spearhead ASSA ABLOY’s new construction vertical as part of ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, offering electronic access, software and identity solutions.
The news follows a record period of growth for Biosite – with revenue tripling in the last three years and sales in 2019 amounting to £14 million.
