FAKRO has recently developed a collection of flat roof windows for thermally efficient rooflighting.
Offering a choice of flat or domed profiles, FAKRO’s new flat roof windows utilise a contemporary, multi-chamber PVC sash and frame.
Designed to replace thermally inefficient rooflighting, the products can be made to match those being upgraded.
The range’s triple-glazed DRF DU6 boasts a window U-value of 0.74W/m2K; whilst its DRC-C P2 is slightly less impressive at 0.88, it provides additional security and burglary resistance through the use an internal laminated pane.
To allow for smoke evacuation, both models are automatically opened to a height of 50cm through the activation of motors, which are located on each side of the frame.
