  • 23 Aug 2017

The Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) has announced Stephen Payne as its new Vice President.

Stephen, previously Deputy Managing Director of Britelite Windows, was elected for vice presidency by his colleagues on the GGF Home Improvement Executive. His suitability for the role was confirmed by the GGF Board.

He will take on the new role, which involves representing the Home Improvement side of the industry, with immediate effect.

Vice President

Stephen has worked with Britelite Windows for 34 years, taking an interest in specialist GGF groups and committees meetings when his company re-joined the Federation in 2000.

He was named Chair of the Window and Door Group in 2015, and is now Chair of the Home Improvement Executive.

‘With so much going on in the home improvement sector, it’s imperative that the GGF has a strong board to channel its resources effectively,’ comments Stephen on his appointment.

‘I am looking forward to my vice presidency, and will aim to provide my full support to GGF President, John Agnew, the Board and, of course, GGF Members.’
