Integritas Property Group Strengthens Leadership Team

Integritas Property Group has announced the appointment of two senior leaders, marking a significant step in the company’s growth both in the UK and internationally.

Ian Wilkinson (pictured above) joins as Construction Director, bringing over 25 years of industry experience and a project portfolio valued at over £800 million. With a background across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally, Ian brings sector-leading technical expertise and strategic vision to the business.

In his new role, Ian will oversee all aspects of construction operations. He will be instrumental in streamlining construction processes, ensuring that Integritas Property Group continues to deliver with quality at its core.

Ian’s extensive experience includes leading the £72 million, 26-storey Castings development in Manchester with JRL Group and delivering multi-phase high-rise apartment complexes for Vermont Construction. Internationally, he served as Construction Manager on Australia’s $1.7 billion Christmas Creek mine expansion, managing complex logistics, marine infrastructure, and remote operations with exceptional precision and foresight.

Aiden Van Sertima (pictured below), who has been appointed Global Sales Director, also joined the leadership team. Originally from Stevenage and having launched his property career in Dubai over 12 years ago, Aiden brings a dynamic combination of international perspective, frontline sales expertise, and proven leadership in property investment.

Beginning his career as a Property Investment Consultant with Select Property, he has worked with clients around the globe and held key business development roles, including with Property Finder – the Middle East’s largest and most visited property portal. His return to the UK saw him lead the sales division of a leading property investment agency in Leeds, where he built and managed high-performing teams of investment experts.

Driven by a start-up mentality and a passion for sustainable growth, Aiden sharply focuses on client relationships, team development, and long-term strategy.
