ISG and Stocksigns have renewed their decade-long partnership. Stocksigns will supply a range of temporary and permanent construction signage as well as site hoarding for the international construction, fit out and engineering company. ISG will also now benefit from a closed loop recycling scheme for all its temporary construction signage produced and supplied by Stocksigns.
With a large portfolio of projects and an enormous breadth of sectors to cover, ISG was looking to streamline its procurement process. As part of this undertaking, the team wanted to select a single signage supplier dependable enough to deliver signage with short lead times.
With its UK-based manufacturing centre, over 30 years of industry experience and the pre-existing relationship, Stocksigns was the natural choice. The two companies also share a commitment to reaching Net Zero 2030 and reducing the impact of construction. To this end, ISG will benefit from Stocksigns’ recyclable, closed-loop Correx® signage range. Made from corrugated polypropylene, these zero-waste temporary construction site signs are collected at the end of a project for washing, shredding and recycling into impact resistant floor protection.
Stocksigns will also provide ISG with a range of branded signage for its retail and fit out operations. This includes the relevant fire safety signage as well as direction and wayfinding signs. Finally, there’s Stocksigns’ creation of a bespoke catalogue of the ISG branded temporary construction signage to make it quick and easy for different ISG staff to select the necessary signs for the site they are responsible for.
Patrick Mahon, Assistant Procurement and Supply Chain Manager for ISG, comments: “ISG and Stocksigns share many of the same values, including a dedication to reducing environmental impact and reducing the amount of waste sent to landfill.
“We are really pleased to renew our contract with Stocksigns, the team are always a pleasure to work with and never hesitate to go the extra mile.”
Peter Caffyn, ISG’s dedicated account manager at Stocksigns, adds: “We are delighted to continue our work with ISG and help it to reduce its onsite waste and take another step towards its environmental targets.”
