Andy Scott, C-TEC’s Project Director and Chair of BSI’s FSH/12/5 committee on alarm devices, voice alarm evacuation sub-systems and emergency voice communications, will be delivering a seminar on BS 8629 controlled evacuation in Firex’s Expertise and Guidance Theatre.
An expert in the field of fire safety, Andy will also present a paper on integrated commercial and residential fire alarm technology and participate in the ‘Is Stay Put Still Valid’ debate at the 7th International Tall Building Fire Safety Conference, which runs alongside the show.
Andy comments: “Firex is an exciting place to connect with new people, catch up with customers and create new partnerships. We’re delighted to be sponsoring the 7th International Tall Building Conference this year and also supporting the IFSEC Engineers of Tomorrow Competition, a fantastic initiative designed to raise the profile of engineering apprentices in the industry.”
