New app simplifies boiler registration for installers

  • 22 Jul 2015

Two years have passed since Alpha Heating Innovation launched its third party notification scheme on its website.

The app allows installers to register their customers’ boilers, which is key to ensuring that warranties are valid

The scheme enabled its customers to simultaneously register boiler products with Alpha and GasSafe.

Registration on the go

With its new App, Alpha has improved on its existing service.

Featuring a ‘Scan Barcode’ capability, the App reduces registration time whilst allowing installers to complete the process when they are out and about.

The App also incorporates a history of registered installers and a ‘Parts Database’ section, which enables users to keep track of unregistered products, as well as registered ones.

This has been included to improve Alpha’s offering by providing quick and simple access to key information.

The company’s customer service team can be reached via the App’s form and ‘Contact Us’ button, which is linked to a hotline number with rapid response rates.

The App can be downloaded via the Apple App store of Google Play for Android devices.
