Alumasc Rainwater is continuing to develop its cohort, as it announces the appointment of David Loader as Area Sales Manager for the South West and South Wales.
David joins the company, which is part of Alumasc Water Management Solutions (AWMS), with a gamut of sales experience.
From early beginnings, which saw him on local market stalls aged just 11 where he worked before and after school, and at weekends until the age of 17, to what he deemed a ‘proper job’, as Warehouse Assistant with Plumb Center.
David’s ambition and drive resulted in a fruitful career with the leading plumbing merchant, delivering record sales at South London branch and progressing to Manager before deciding to move to Devon in 2015.
His relocation gave him the task to establish a new Graham The Plumbers’ Merchant branch in Cornwall; in a mere year, the new branch hit over £60,000 sales a month from a standing start.
In 2017, David switched from merchant to supplier side and is looking forward to his role as Area Sales Manager with AWMS.
“I know Alumasc well having worked with them for over 10 years as a merchant, and am over the moon to be given this opportunity,” he said.
“I join at an exciting time for the business and can’t wait to get out there and represent such an excellent brand.”
