Festool’s new CTL SYS dust extractor is equipped with Festool’s T-LOC jointing system, which is used on the company’s systainers.
This allows for the dust extractor to be fitted and connected to other tools, as well as its SYS Roll or SYS Cart for transportation.
The CTL SYS has been designed as a lightweight and compact device, weighing just under 7 kilograms and standing at 270mm tall.
It has also been developed to be quiet when in use, operating at 67 dB.
An integrated nozzle store has been included to ensure that tradesmen can carry everything they need and store things in a compact design.
Considering storage further, the CTL SYS’ designers decided to contain the hose storage system within the device.
This feature ensures that the hose does not protrude from the unit.
