Saracen Interiors has embarked on a structural refurbishment project on a site in Hammersmith, on behalf of one of its blue chip clients.
Valued at around £1 million, the project has been undertaken by the company’s FM division, Saracen Facilities
The investigative programme encompasses extensive repair and maintenance work to the roof areas and brickwork of the building. It also includes the refurbishment of the water-logged car park.
Saracen has been tasked with carrying out the refurbishment around the existing tenants, whilst ensuring minimum disruption.
The company has worked for its client, a global environmental services provider, for the past ten years, completing fit outs and small works across its commercial property portfolio.
Offering sound knowledge of commercial property and an integrated care solution, Saracen Facilities has acquired an extensive list of clients. These include: Countrywide PLC, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Pizza Hut and Battle Hospital NHS Trust.
