Schueco’s latest range of thermally insulated aluminium doors have been developed with the versatility to fulfil both the aesthetic and performance specification of any project.

Typical applications include education, health, leisure and retail buildings as well as offices and high-end residential developments.

Ideal for both commercial and residential applications, the Schueco ADS HD range is available in single and double leaf configurations, inward or outward opening and rebated frames with depths of 65, 70 or 75mm.

The door system also offers a varied choice of frame, leaf, mid-rail and bottom rail profiles.

The Schueco ADS HD door has been tested up to EN 12400 Class 8 (1 million cycles) for durability, whilst security options include ratings from PAS 24 to EN 1627 RC3.

To further its security credentials, the door comes with a comprehensive choice of locking systems including single-point, multi-point, self-locking and electronic locking, all featuring a stainless steel faceplate classed in EN 1670 as having ‘high corrosion resistance’.

The door range encompasses maximum leaf widths up to 1400mm wide and 3000mm high. The optional barrel and surface-mounted hinges can support weights up to 200kg, whilst the concealed hinge option can support up to 150kg.

For public and private sector applications, single or double emergency exit doors can be specified. The doors are operated by panic or touch-bars and meet the requirements of EN 179 and EN1125.
