Sika's ComfortFloor resin flooring at the Rainbow House

Sika donated its ComfortFloor Pro resin flooring to the charity-funded Rainbow Legacy House in Lancashire earlier this year.

Sika has been shortlisted for two projects within the Small Commercial Project of the Year Category; the Rainbow House with Crown Flooring and Birmingham Children’s Hospital with Zenith Pola Flooring.

Both projects utilised Sika’s Comfortfloor resin flooring solution, the only product of its type to be classified in the BRE Green Guide with an A+ rating.

The company has also enjoyed success in the Large Industrial Project of the Year Category, as three out of the four projects announced use Sika products.

Projects include Airedale International with Central Flooring; Dove, Nestle with IRL Group and GE Energy with Zircon Flooring.

Sika Flooring Business Unit Manager, Mark Bushell, commented: “We are thrilled to be shortlisted for these awards. This is a fantastic achievement for everyone involved and perfectly demonstrates Sika’s ability to meet even the most challenging flooring projects with a high performance system.”

The winners will be announced at the FeRFA annual presentation by guest Fred MacAulay on 27th November at the Belfry Hotel.
