Washroom Washroom has secured over a million pounds of work across several major refurbishment projects, meaning it’s on track for another record-breaking year.
Washroom will soon be starting work on site at a trio of separate office refurbishments in Belgravia, Mayfair and Shadwell, where the team will be delivering new washroom facilities.
In Belgravia, the company is about to start work on a bespoke washroom design to complement a newly refurbished HQ-style building.
The washrooms will feature Washroom’s full height, flush front Alto toilet cubicles, finished in oak with a unique slatted effect detail, together with Corian trough-style vanity units.
The team has also designed bespoke Concerto integrated duct panels faced with Domus stone and will be providing all the sanitaryware for the project.
Washroom has also been appointed to work on Swallow Place in Mayfair, alongside BW Workplace Experts, as part of an extensive refurbishment which is due to complete in the summer.
The new washrooms will include Washroom’s full height Alto toilet cubicles, Concerto integrated duct panels and Corian vanity units, as well as additional joinery elements which will be delivered by its in-house joinery division, Cre8 Joinery Solutions.
Heading just north of the City, Washroom is about to begin a project at Cityside House, which is currently being refurbished by Ellmer, transforming the building to provide high quality Grade A office accommodation and retail units to the ground floor.
Washroom is working with the team to deliver new washrooms on every level of the building, which will feature its popular full height Alto toilet cubicles, bespoke Corian trough-style vanity units and bespoke Concerto integrated laminate duct panels behind the toilets.
At the same time, Washroom is also in the midst of a project for the Metropolitan Police Service at Hammersmith Police Station, where along with Cre8 Joinery Solutions, the team will design, manufacture and install a new custody counter and front counter manufactured from Corian solid surface as well as additional joinery works.
