Newton’s online RIBA-Approved CPD video

  • 26 Mar 2020

Newton Waterproofing Systems is offering an online RIBA-approved CPD video that architects and specifiers can watch for free from an office or at home, at any convenient time.

Freely available to those who request it, this 18-minute long CPD video is presented by the company’s Commercial Director Toby Champion, who has more than two decades worth of experience in the UK waterproofing industry.

The video is based on the top-rated, RIBA approved CPD seminar on ‘Structural Waterproofing Design Strategies to BS 8102:2009’ and will cover the following topics:

 – The different forms of structural waterproofing systems available in the UK market.
 – How to achieve the different environmental grades that are outlined within British Standard 8102:2009, the ‘Code of Practice for protection of below ground structures against water from the ground’.
 – How combination waterproofing systems are specified for below ground environments on both new-build and existing structures.

If you are interested in accessing this online CPD, email Newton’s Training Coordinator, Becky Woodley, via [email protected]

Once you and your colleagues have seen the video, just send your names and email addresses to Newton and it will provide you with your training certificates as proof of your efforts.
