The building is predominantly constructed in brick, with a glass entrance that goes up two floors of the building. It has a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ and with the airy, natural light-flooded reception area you can see why. The building has exposed concrete floors and walls creating a rustic warehouse feel with modern and contemporary fixtures.
