Buildingtalk supports BOUNCE BACK charity to help ex-offenders into work

BOUNCE BACK runs training courses for offenders in custody in HMP Brixton and other partner prisons, developing skills and qualifications in painting andamp; decorating in preparation for employment on release.

BOUNCE BACK provides ex-offenders continued training plus work experience and employment opportunities in its own painting andamp; decorating Social Enterprise, offering a vital first step into work.

It supports and supervise teams of trained workers on projects throughout London and the Home Counties, working with social housing and construction industry partners, plus private residential and commercial clients on real projects.

BOUNCE BACK is a real success. It has reduced re-offending from a national average of 65% down to 10% and below.

  • 84,000 people are released every year
  • Most employers will not employ ex-offenders

Bounce Back branded vans for their Decorating Service thanks to Axis and Hi Rezz

Finding work is difficult for ex-offenders and is a major contribution to re-offending. BOUNCE BACK aims to provide training and jobs, dramatically reducing re-offending and keeping communities safer.

Already working with established construction companies including Axis, Wates and Mace, BOUNCE BACK is expanding its support with additional training courses.
