Advanced’s MxPro 5 fire panels were specified to protect the new complex in Bedfordshire

Located in Bedfordshire, the new 362-acre Center Parcs site comprises a Village square, hotel and spa, along with a Subtropical Swimming Paradise and a lake suitable for watersports.

To provide protection for the complex, Advanced’s MxPro 5 fire panels were specified for installation.

Advanced’s team worked with ADT UK to create a bespoke fire system for the development.

Over 2,500 components were installed to make up the fire system, including loop and detection devices from Apollo.

The system has been built around a network of 17 four-loop MxPro 5 panels, which are able to adapt to the demands of a large and diverse forest environment.

An iP gateway was also installed so that the entire network can be controlled and monitored via a web browser.

Advanced’s MxPro 5 fire control panels can be used in single loop, single panel format or configured into 200 panel networks to cover vast areas.

In addition to its EN54-2,4&13 approved MxPro 5 range, the company offers its MxPro 4 series, which has been EN54-2&4 approved.

MxPro 5 panels are backward compatible with existing MxPro 4 networks.

They also include AlarmCalm, Advanced’s false alarm management system.
