Energy efficient anti-panic doorset secured by Adams Rite

  • 10 Aug 2015

The TD68 anti-panic doorset incorporates the Adams Rite Sentinel M3 point anti-panic lock with a three star security cylinder.

The anti-panic doorset provides secure locking whilst offering resistance to attack

This provides three points of secure locking whilst still allowing for easy egress due to its unique orbital latch design.

The doorset has been successfully tested to PAS24, which demonstrates that the doorset has the capability to withstand a number of attacks and is suitable for use in public buildings.

Break-in prevention

The TD68 features an anti-intrusion device which prevents a common method of break-ins – using a string to operate the door’s panic bars to gain unauthorised access.

As a further security measure, the door will automatically latch when closed, still allowing anyone trapped inside to exit the building in the case of an emergency.

The doorset has been developed to have a low rate of heat loss through the material, ensuring that the door is energy efficient in-keeping with the Building Regulations relating to the Conservation of Fuel and Power.
