Scheduling service from Freefoam sees results

Freefoam’s scheduling service provides product specification and quantities for its building products

The company has reported that its scheduling service has created business over the last 12 months with 62% of schedules resulting in orders.

The scheduling process is managed by Tish Redmond, who was promoted from within Freefoam to join the scheduling service team in 2014.

Under Tish’s supervision, the team provides product specification and quantity breakdown from drawings.

It deals with all elements of the roof line product range, including rainwater, fascia, cladding materials and soffit.

On average, the scheduling service has a 10 day turn round.

General Building Plastics uses the service on a regular basis.

The company claims that Freefoam’s scheduling service helps it secure new businesses. As a growing business, which has branches across the Midlands, the service saves it a lot of time.

Freefoam sends a breakdown to General Building Plastics via email. It ensures that all the components are detailed in the email.

Since using the service, General Building Plastics has won 70% of schedules.
