Data collection digitalised by Stroma Certification

  • 5 Feb 2015

Stroma’s data collection software, Capture IT, has been released for workers in the energy efficiency industry to use on Android devices

Capture IT has been designed to store all information collected from assessments and visits. No internet connection is required to access the software.

A series of pre-built forms that can be customised by users to match their company’s branding are included with the software.

Capture IT also has calculation features and an advanced drawing tool. It includes photo, audio and video capture and e-signatures to add detail to the forms produced.

The software can synchronise the data with Stroma’s Tracker work flow management system to improve the communication between on site staff and those working in the office.

Stroma’s Android software can also be used in the same account as its iPad and Tracker software, meaning there is no need for separate accounts. The data is securely shared between devices, reducing the chance of it getting lost.

Capture IT has been tested on a series of Android phones and tablets including Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, Google Nexus 7 tablets and Sony Xperia Tablet Z.
