Disabled-access facilities now available on RIBA Product Selector

Clos-o-Mat supplies, installs, commissions and maintains the required and/or desired equipment under latest Building Regulations Approved Document M 2013, Department of Education Building Bulletins, British Standards and British Law.

Clos-o-Mat’s toilets for school hygiene rooms, in addition to its Changing Places counterpart, are both available for specification through the Product Selector facility.

All equipment required for a compliant assisted, accessible personal care suite can be ‘drag and dropped’ to ensure the specification is completely accurate.

A badly written specification can cause major problems for every member of the project team, and can cost the client a great deal of money. A well written specification can enhance project delivery and save money.
