The Wintec system allows for easy installation and on site handling and comprises a 7.5mm thick cement based panel 900mm x 2400/3000mm or 1200mm x 2400/3000mm that can be scored with a knife then snapped.
Wintec also features bespoke wood screws and air-tight, windproof aluminium foil tape, with the system created to be fitted horizontally or vertically to timber or steel frames without pre-drilling.
The air tightness of the structure can be taped up to (0.022m3/m2hPa) in accordance with NS-EN 12114 and its permeability Sd-rating is <0.18m.
The panels are manufactured at lower temperatures than conventional cement based alternatives, contain no harmful substances, are non-combustible (ISO 1182) and are resistant to mould, fungi and pests.
