EDI requirements outsourced to Wesupply to reduce internal resources

  • 24 Nov 2014

The existing system used by Rollins was not delivered as a managed service and still required a large amount of input, causing the company to look elsewhere for an outsourced solution.

The introduction of Wesupply’s OneTime solution allows Rollins to become fully outsourced with no software or hardware required in house, significantly reducing the amount of internal resources needed to monitor and maintain the EDI requirements.

Wesupply’s managed service team monitor network connectivity, message delivery and validation errors, helping to resolve any issues that may arise without having to involve Rollins in the majority of cases.

Rollins also previously experienced issues integrating their previous EDI solution with their Microsoft Navision ERP system, whilst Wesupply’s fully managed solution is capable of easily connecting to Microsoft Navision and many of the other ERP systems.

The company is planning to make further use of the OneTime solution by adding new customers to their electronic trading hub over the next twelve months.
