OneTime EDI service chosen by Anglian Aggregate Bagging

  • 29 Jun 2015

After completing a corporate restructure, Anglian Aggregate Bagging wanted an EDI solution that would integrate directly with its Sage ERP system, to simply the process of sending and receiving orders and invoices.

By implementing EDI, Anglian Aggregate Bagging want to reduce the amount of admin required to maximise its efficiency.

Wesupply will provide the bagged aggregate supplier with a complete EDI service, allowing for the automated, real-time exchange of orders, invoices and credits. Anglian Aggregate Bagging will also benefit from Wesupply’s managed service team who monitor OneTime on a daily basis and proactively deal with any issues that may arise.

Jackie Barnes, Finance Director at Anglian Aggregate Bagging commented: “Different customers and even different branches order the same product with completely different descriptions, so having a solution that can translate these messages into the same format was key.

“Wesupply will remove the need for the human intervention that was previously required to decipher what was being ordered, allowing us to expand our business without the need to increase our administrative function.”

Jon Hill, Sales Executive at Wesupply added: “OneTime will allow Anglian Aggregate Bagging to take a step back from the day-to-day management of EDI and regain vital internal resources that can be utilised elsewhere in the business.”
