Permeable roofing underlay specified for medieval church restoration

  • 14 Aug 2015

With its oldest part dating from before 1100, the Church of All Saints in Winterton was in need of restoration and refurbishment.

The church has benefited from the installation of Klober’s Permo forte vapour permeable roofing underlay

The North Lincolnshire church, which is a Grade 1 Listed building, attracted over £700,000 of Lottery funding, allowing for roof repairs and slate replacements.

Permeable roofing underlay

Klober’s Permo forte vapour permeable roofing underlay was specified for installation, after it was recommended by the roofing contractors.

Both Joe Greenland & Son Roofing Contractors and Aura Conservation of Manchester were keen to use the underlay as part of the roof refurbishment.
