Vort Leto’s energy saving ventilation fan proved particularly popular, as it only has one break out of the building, which maintains the look of the building facade.

Vortice worked with contractor and installer Atlas Electrical (UK) Ltd of Redditch on the project.

David Martin of Elegant Homes, who specified Vort Leto fans, said:

“Our ethos is to develop beautiful quality properties in sought-after locations and we set great store by planning the interiors well right from the start.

“We determined what type of ventilation we were looking for and where the unit could be housed and easily commissioned before we even specified the product.

“We’re delighted with the Vort Leto units used in Leasowes View and indeed in another of our recent developments, Ipsley Manor near Redditch. Vortice helped us to design and plan the ventilation system and advised us on the most appropriate product for our requirements.”
