Permo air open-air roofing underlay

Air-open roofing underlay outperforms condensation prevention products

  • 30 Sep 2015

Designed for use in unventilated cold roofs, Klober’s air-open roofing underlay, Permo air, has outperformed other condensation prevention products on the market.

Air-open roofing underlay

NHBC-approved for use in cold roofs without ventilation at or near the ridge, Klober Permo air is an open, breathable roofing underlay.

It has been designed to prevent condensation in the roof space during a building’s ‘drying out’ period, as well as in areas of complex roofs where ventilation is poor.

Offering a water vapour resistance of 0.03 MN/sg, the air-open roofing underlay has been certified by the BBA.

In a series of independent tests, Permo air outperformed the other vapour permeable underlays on the market.
