FGS 100 FrontGuard front doors and Beaumont Up and Over garage doors

Thermally-efficient entrance and garage doors offer security benefits

  • 27 Nov 2015

Garador has introduced a range of entrance doors to match its existing collection of Up and Over garage doors; the FrontGuard series offers security benefits, as well as impressive thermal and acoustic insulation.

The FGS 100 FrontGuard front door boasts a classic panelled design and U-values as low as 1.1 W/m2k; it has been developed to complement Garador’s Beaumont Up and Over garage door, which offers a well-engineered design with a durable finish.

The modern front doors are suitable for both contemporary and traditional homes, with a range of colour options available; they are also available with either canopy, retractable or retractable plus gearing.

Thermally-efficient and secure doors

Incorporating durable rubber seals and PU insulating foam at 46mm thick, the doors have been designed to protect interiors from the elements. An 80mm aluminium frame with inbuilt PU foam and a thermal break ensures a contribution of thermal efficiency and energy savings.

Many of Garador’s FrontGuard doors have proven to provide maximum protection against attempted break-ins.

These models have achieved Security by Design accreditation from the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO); they also qualify for 2 points under the Code for Sustainable Homes.
