Kingspan to launch four additional low lambda insulation products

  • 7 Jun 2016

Kingspan Insulation is set to launch four advanced, low lambda insulation products for floors, walls and soffits on 1st August 2016.

The new range is made up of the Kingspan Kooltherm K103 Floorboard, K110 and K110 PLUS Soffit Board and K118 Insulated Plasterboard. The products feature an advanced, fibre-free insulation core to achieve a thermal conductivity of 0.018 W/m.K.

The products are intended to help specifiers and contractors meet the increasing demand for more energy efficient buildings without sacrificing usable space, and can be used in either domestic or non-domestic applications.

Manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and very low Global Warming Potential (GWP), the boards are non-deleterious, easy to install and are unaffected by air infiltration.

All of Kingspan’s Kooltherm, Therma and KoolDuct insulation products and cavity closers are certified to BES 6001 (Framework Standard for the Responsible Sourcing of Construction Products).
