Silverwood Inspire timber cladding specified for village development

A. Proctor Group has supplied its Silverwood Inspire timber cladding for use on a new development of villas and apartments at Aberdeen’s Maidencraig Village.

Designed and developed by Bancon Homes, Maidencraig Village consists of an assortment of apartments and villas, varying from one to three bedrooms. With a variety of shops on site, the development boasts a self-contained feel, similar to that of a small urban village.

Selected in the Sand natural colourway, the cladding was used on a total of 92 homes; in the next phase of the project, it will be installed on an additional 36 homes which are yet to be built.

Regularly chosen by architects and contractors, Silverwood Inspire timber cladding is supported by a 10 year paint finish guarantee. It also offers durability of up to 50 years, as a result of combined timber treatment and factory-applied paint finish.

The product has been designed to incorporate the appearance and texture of traditional cladding, with a brushed finish. It is available in a range of contemporary shades and colours.
