Saracen’s Small Works division has finished work on a £30,000 fit out project for Forresters’ hairdressing salon in Tilehurst.
Saracen’s Small Works division was able to complete the fit out in nine days. It was tasked with removing old flooring, fixtures and furniture and installing ceramic floor tiles, display shelving, partitioning and tailor-made storage cupboards.
The team fitted LED lighting panels and carried out plumbing works for the salon’s new wash basins and tea point. After completing the fit out, the entire hairdressers was painted and decorated.
Saracen was able to deliver the fit out within Forresters’ budget, causing minimum disruption to the salon’s staff and customers. By completing the project in a nine day window, the company was able to alleviate Forresters’ concerns regarding potential lost business.
Since it was launched five years ago, Saracen Small Works has secured a number of projects and clients, including smaller design and build projects. It has demonstrated significant growth, averaging at 85% repeat business.
The division aims to treat every job with equal importance and complete each project to the clients’ specific requirements. It can provide alterations to existing space, modifications to power and data and supply new furniture from a range of sources.
The programme at Digital Construction Week is carefully designed to help you keep up with the fast pace of innovation in the built environment.
