Saracen completes £200,000 office fit out for Carweb

Saracen Interiors has completed a full fit out of the new West Malling office for Carweb, a vehicle registration search and technical data supplier based in Kent. 

The fit out carried over from a project that Saracen completed for motor claims processing expert Audatex at the beginning of the year.

The £200,000 office fit out covered approximately 4,000 square feet of commercial space, undertaken as a fast track project to enable Carweb’s team to move into the offices as soon as possible – with the full project taking six weeks to complete.

The fit out comprised the installation of six metre partitioning and LED lighting; the relocation of air conditioning systems; alterations to power and data; a new fitted flooring and suspended ceiling; the construction of a new toilet block; the supply of all furniture and the installation of electric vehicle charging points.
