The specification of Vortice Quadro fans has helped the Branston Leas residential development by St Modwen Homes pick up the Best Regeneration Project award at the National Housebuilder Awards.
Branston Leas comprises two, three, four and five bedroom properties in Burton-upon-Trent. The development was named best regeneration project in the UK due to its many measurable economic, environmental and educational improvements.
One of these improvements was the specification of Vortice system 1 centrifugal Quadro. The energy efficient extractor fans feature a stylish, low-key design which fits into the interior deco at Branston Leas and are available in-built or surface mounted.
