The specification of Vortice Quadro fans has helped the Branston Leas residential development by St Modwen Homes pick up the Best Regeneration Project award at the National Housebuilder Awards.

st-modwen-2Branston Leas comprises two, three, four and five bedroom properties in Burton-upon-Trent. The development was named best regeneration project in the UK due to its many measurable economic, environmental and educational improvements.

One of these improvements was the specification of Vortice system 1 centrifugal Quadro. The energy efficient extractor fans feature a stylish, low-key design which fits into the interior deco at Branston Leas and are available in-built or surface mounted.
