Ebony StoneMaster walling helps County Confectionery stand out from the crowd

Aggregate Industries has supplied 215m² of StoneMaster walling to County Confectionery Ltd’s new manufacturing facility in St Ives, Cornwall.

The building used an Ebony Washed render to stand out from the red brick and whitewash aesthetics typically used in the area.

Jeremy Lee, Sales Director for Aggregate Industries’ Building Products, said: “All of our ears pricked up when we heard news of a significant StoneMaster specification in Cornwall, because of the typical ‘natural’ render and brick style for the area.

The County Confectionary facility is a great example of how StoneMaster combines durability and decorative appeal for commercial applications and we’re delighted to hear they’re considering StoneMaster for the refurbished original building, which will get underway next year.”

Available in a smooth textured block or a washed finish, the robust StoneMaster walling unit has been designed to replicated natural stone and Ashlar. The walling is available in five shades including: Ebony, St Bees Red and Silver Birch.

The walling contains 52 percent recycled aggregate and is suitable for both internal and external use.
