Plasloc, the company whose cladding system is designed for quality, quick installation and easy removal, is a brand recognised by leading retailers including Selfridges, John Lewis, IKEA and some of the UK’s biggest supermarkets.
The system, founded by Steve Matthews in 2007, has been developed as an environmentally friendly alternative to standard building materials.
Previously, Steve worked as a project manager for a large construction firm. He found himself unhappy with the quality of traditional plywood and composite panel hoardings, believing they were wasteful, costly, unsafe and time consuming to install.
“Like most ideas, Plasloc was launched to serve the market better than the solutions that were available at the time,” Steve said.
“I believed there was a better option and it has proven to be the case, with the product offering the end-user superior sustainability credentials, quality and value added engineering.
“Compared to traditional construction materials, Plasloc brings far more benefits to both the client and the environment. The future is very bright and we’re excited about growing the business and continuing to build our portfolio of clients.”
Plasloc, who officially launched in 2011, quickly built a reputation for quality and service. The company is currently turning over in excess of £2m and is on course to grow exponentially over the next ten years.
