The prospect of experiencing a spectacular new show home awaits people who pay a visit to Freeman Homes’ latest residential development in Northleach, Gloucestershire.

Freeman Homes joint CEO, Luke Freeman, added: “Each property has been designed to make the most of its positioning within the development with consideration given to the relationship with adjacent houses and where sunlight falls at different times of day.”
The Gloucestershire-based property developer is dedicated to sustainable construction, with the mantra ‘Building for a Better Future’.
All properties in this development have featured a timber frame construction, which has been sourced from managed coniferous forests. This type of building is outstandingly thermal efficient; remaining warm in winter, which come with the benefits of lowering heating expenses and maintaining coolness in the hotter months.
Furthermore, energy-efficient appliances feature throughout the properties, including the installation of clean-burn technology Worcester Bosch Greenstyle woodburners, Quooker boiling water taps, and LED recessed spot lighting.
