Eurologik doors and windows from Eurocell were chosen by developers working on a block of luxury apartments in the Isle of Man.
This was in order to provide a supreme appearance and robust performance required for the four-storey Lakeside Apartment development in Ramsey.
Eurologik was selected by Fairway Construction due to its quality thermal performance, the minimal maintenance needed and its ability to resist salt exposure.
Director Jonathan Cowley spoke about his positive experience with Eurocell over the years.
He said he has always found Eurocell products to be ‘high quality’ and ‘competitively priced’.
He also said that the apartments would not have achieved a very good result in terms of airtightness were it not for the high quality windows and doors supplied, plus the overall attention to detail in the general build.
Low-maintenance PVC-U was the chosen material given the exposed marine location, as it is not prone to rot or corrosion like timber or metal option; furthermore, the doors and windows being A-Rated mean they keep heat in, despite the possibility of high winds.
The doors and windows were supplied alongside chrome furniture in Anthracite grey on white to complement the slate stonework at ground floor level, together with white Eurocell fascias and soffits.
The Eurologik range offers a varied range of window and door solutions, able to be tailored to suit any project; whether it be casement, reversible, tilt-and-turn and French windows, as well as residential entrance doors and bi-fold doors.
These can be adorned with a comprehensive range of colours, woodgrain finishes and decorative options, including Scotia and ovolo beads, mock horn sashes, arched tops and Georgian bars.
