Mill Green School has benefited from the installation of an addressable fire panel from C-TEC

Co-educational special school and college, Mill Green School, has been built as a new learning environment for pupils between the ages of 11 and 19.

Located in St Helens in Merseyside, the andpound;4.6 million build was completed last August. It was fitted with a new fire safety system for the protection of its pupils and staff.

The fire safety system has been built around C-TEC’s ZFP addressable fire alarm panel.

The panel, which is EN54-compliant, has 40 zonal indicators which can be programmed to show where exactly a fire is in the building.

It can be connected to a range of C-TEC’s addressable voice sounder beacons.

It can also be linked to Apollo XP95 Xpander radio devices and detectors.

The 4-loop panel also has a touchscreen interface which allows for easy control and navigation.
