Devon House: a Maxwood Washrooms project

  • 10 Jun 2021

Located opposite the Tower of London and a short walk from Tower Hill tube station, St Katharine Docks is a great location for prime office space and social events. Devon House has over 90,000 square feet of outstanding riverside workspace with unrivalled views. Maxwood created beautiful calm and welcoming washroom areas, using soft real wood veneers in a Superloo layout.

Superloos are self-contained washrooms with the basin and vanity included in the cubicle, which gives a greater luxurious feel.

Maxwood paired black powder-coated accessories to stand out against the light real wood veneer finishing off a truly wonderful design.

Products used

 – Marante real wood veneer cubicle system
 – Maxwall WC duct panels in Douglas Fir with defining stripes in dark contrast to create a planked effect
 – Xeista Corian Vanity Top
 – Maxwood Hinged Prism Mirror unit with black powder-coated trim
 – Marin Shower cubicles with Opex shower seats
 – Oracle Z lockers with integrated bench seating

The Oracle Z Locker featured in another recent project of Maxwood’s, which you can view here.
