Fire protection systems benefit from growth in building industry

Included in the range is the single and double Schueco ADS 80 FR doors which can be specified with a 30 minute integrity or 30/60 minute integrity and insulation rating, both meeting the performance classification of EN 13501.

Special heat insulation material is introduced into the aluminium profiles and the glazing is uprated accordingly if an upgrade from a 30-minute to a 60-minute is requested.

Doors and screens that meet an EI90 rating are available and offered with a variety of tested side and top lights including radiused and angled shapes, as well as with face fitting or barrel hinges and standard or EN 1627 burglar resistant locking options.

Schueco also offers AWS fire windows, aluminium fire protection façade systems, designated FW 50 BF and FW 60 BF, in addition to skylight systems with 30 and 60 minute protection all tested to EN 1364.

Installers can also sign up for the SAFE training course at the company’s  Milton Keynes Headquarters, with successful trainees being awarded official certification as a Schueco Approved Fire Expert.
