The GGF Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place on 26th September in London and was well attended with representation from over 30 Member companies from throughout the glass and glazing supply chain.

John Agnew, GGF President, chaired the meeting and received unanimous approval on the proposals to continue with the GGF’s financial auditors and bankers as well as approval of the minutes of the AGM held in 2018.

The Federation’s accounts for year-end 2018 showed an increase of £278k in Members’ Funds (as published in the GGF Annual Report in August 2019) were also unanimously approved.

The Chair opened the floor for any comments and with no questions asked, he then closed the meeting.

The next Annual General Meeting of GGF Members will take place in September 2020.
