IG Masonry Support will once again be sponsoring the Brick Awards; the event, now in its 43rd year, is one of the most prestigious design awards nationwide.
Celebrating a broad range of bold, unique and inspiring architectural works, the annual Brick Awards showcases the very best examples of clay in the UK’s built environment.
Yet again, there was a record number of entries to the awards, with 349 submissions by architects, developers, housebuilders, specialist contractors and manufacturers across 15 hotly-contested categories.
This year, IG Masonry Support is a Gold sponsor of the Brick Awards and will be presenting the award for the Specialist Brickwork Contractor Category.
This award is for contractors who have exhibited outstanding craftsmanship alongside demonstrating an exceptional contribution to the industry, evidenced by apprenticeships, training, quality assurance and commitment to health and safety.
Scott Denham, Sales Director, commented: “We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and we are pleased to be the official sponsor of an award that recognises both craftsmanship and the importance of investing in people to transfer skills to the next generation of bricklayers, sustain quality and improve health and safety.”
