Passivent, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of natural and hybrid ventilation solutions, appoints two new technical sales engineers to support customers in the South East of England.
Between them, Ben Dhaliwal and Harry Lang will cover the whole of the South East, with Ben looking after the north of the region from Oxford to Essex and north London, while Harry will focus on the south from Hampshire to Kent and south London.
Joining Passivent’s established team of technical sales engineers across the country, their role will see them work directly with contractors, architects, specifiers and M&E consultants, providing support from initial specification right the way through to project completion. Ben and Harry will connect specifiers with Passivent’s dedicated in-house technical and design teams drawing on the company’s 40 years’ experience in the natural ventilation sector.
Passivent can provide a full range of technical support including bulk airflow calculations, thermal modelling and advice on appropriate ventilation strategies as part of the specification process.
Huw Poppy, Passivent’s business operations manager (pictured at the head of the article), comments: “I’m really pleased to welcome Ben and Harry to the team and expand our service offer to customers across the South East.
“Early engagement is crucial in terms of getting ventilation strategies right for a project and our sales and technical teams have the expertise to create tailored solutions.
“With Ben and Harry providing a vital link between our customers and technical team, we’ll be able to engage with customers even earlier. They’ve both very quickly made their mark with some exciting projects in the pipeline already – I’m looking forward to working closely with them both over the coming months.”
The appointment of Ben and Harry comes at an exciting time for Passivent. This follows news of the company recently introducing its products into the showroom of its parent group, Wienerberger, based in the Business Design Centre in Islington, London. This new space for Passivent will provide an ideal meeting point and chance for customers to see Passivent’s products in situ. The showroom is now open for meetings by appointment with the team.
