In line with the company’s strategy of helping its customers grow, Freefoam announces the launch of a new colour, Agate Grey, to its foiled range.
After recent customer feedback and the continuing upward trend towards the use of colour windows this new colour, a soft grey with tones of green, will be a welcome addition to the existing extensive woodgrain range.
Grey has been a big part of Freefoam’s roofline range for several years, and colours such as Anthracite Grey, Storm Grey and Dark Grey are still incredibly popular. The addition of this lighter, softer shade of grey creates a comprehensive offering sealing Freefoam’s place in the market as The Colour Specialist.
Available in a range of products including Cap Over and Full Replacement Square Leg Fascia, General Purpose Board, Hollow Soffit and Window Trims, this new colour option opens up new opportunities for Freefoam stockists and installers.
The new colour range will encourage add-on window trim sales to window installers and the scope to develop new fascia and soffit sales to co-ordinate with Agate Grey windows and doors for roofline fitters.
Darren Beaumont, Director and Freefoam customer C&A Building Products, says: “Our customers want a full suite of colours with matching accessories. Freefoam lets us capitalise on this growth market with a choice of 16 attractive colours in fascias and soffits and six colours in rainwater guttering with a 10-year guarantee.”
Colin St John, Commercial Director, explains: “We have a long history in the production of colour products at Freefoam. We have extended and developed the range over time, and monitor new trends enabling out customers to capitalise on new market developments.
“This new shade of grey is a welcome addition, and gives a lighter alternative to the very popular Anthracite Grey.”
As with all Freefoam woodgrain foiled products, the new Agate Grey range of products comes with a 10 year guarantee, to give installers and homeowners peace of mind to know that choosing colour is a decision that will stand the test of time.
Freefoam work with world leading woodgrain film provider Renolit using the Exofol PVC film to provide a durable fade resistant product. The colour pigments in the base film use Solar Shield Technology to protect against excessive heat build up and the upper transparent layer helps prevent fading caused by UV radiation or other weathering effects.
Colin St John summarises: “We believe there are still significant opportunities out there for added value products that enhance and transform homes. We want to make sure all of our customers benefit from the trend.”
